This craft beer is a unique take on a traditional German style wheat beer or Hefewiezen, with pineapple juice added after fermentation. This process adds a sweet, tropical fruit flavor to an otherwise dry style. Esters from the German yeast strain add aromas of banana and clove that pair nicely with the pineapple.
