On the palate, this Irish whiskey is full bodied with a harmonious balance of sweet lime, berries and spicy green pepper. With the introduction of the virgin American barrels, it offers a sweet vanilla flavor and a subtle char. The finish is satisfying long with flavors of caramel and fruit that fade into a sweet woody note.
