- Bourbon County Stout: The classic imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels from top distilleries like Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace, delivering notes of vanilla, chocolate, and dried fruit.
- 30th Anniversary Reserve Stout: A special blend aged in Jim Beam’s Small Batch Bourbon Collection barrels, offering a complex profile of dark chocolate, cherry, and almond.
- Biscotti Stout: A nostalgic take inspired by Italian desserts, featuring hints of anise, marzipan, and toffee.
- Coffee Stout: Brewed with Burundi coffee from Intelligentsia, this variant celebrates rich coffee flavors.
- And more, including the Sir Isaac’s Stout and Two-Year Barleywine Reserve!
The BCS releases will be available in 3-packs and 4-packs, ideal for collectors or as a gift for the beer enthusiast in your life.
The History Behind Bourbon County Stout
The story of BCS began in 1992 when Goose Island brewmaster Gregory Hall partnered with Jim Beam’s Booker Noe to create the first bourbon barrel-aged beer. Thirty years later, it remains a favorite among beer lovers for its innovative spirit and craftsmanship.
